Call-Out Service
Should, following the free consultancy, it be decided that to solve the issue, a call out will be necessary, a call out charge, for each hour or part of, of £25 will apply.
In order to limit your costs, and depending upon the nature of the problem, it will be necessary to determine that you have all the necessary documentation or installation disks.
Due to transportation costs it is necessary to limit the call out to the areas of Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex, although should you agree, other areas can be included.
All call outs occur during normal hours of business, i.e. 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If it is necessary to attend outside of these an additional charge may apply for each hour or part of.

We can advise you on the purchase of equipment. We are not affiliated with any manufacturer or supplier and advice will be given with total impartiality.
Most advice can be given as part of the free consultancy, although depending upon the nature of your requirements it may be necessary to compile a detailed report. Such a report will contain a list of cost-effective suppliers for the required equipment.
Should a report be necessary this is a chargeable service and will be charged purely on the time it takes to research your requirements and construct the report. A charge of £25 an hour or part of will apply.
If required we are prepared to supply and install equipment. In this circumstances, as we carry no stock, it will be necessary to obtain a deposit of 25% of the equipment cost as per the report, depending upon suppliers prices not fluctuating, prior to equipment being purchased on your behalf. The remainder being due on delivery of the equipment. Installation will be charged as for a call out charge.
